Andrés Nossa

Andrés Nossa has over seven years of experience in dispute resolution, including domestic and international arbitration, proceedings at all court levels in Colombia, as well as proceedings with public administration entities and oversight entities.

In arbitration, he has handled national and international proceedings under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and the International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked in the dispute resolution teams of two leading Colombian law firms. He also worked as an in-house lawyer covering Latin America for a multinational engineering company.
