Andrés Martínez Vallejo advises on contract law, public procurement, infrastructure and public-private partnerships. He focuses his practice on contract structuring and management, as well as on the financing, acquisition and sale of infrastructure projects.

He advises Colombian and international companies from various sectors, including construction, urban mobility, health, energy and telecommunications on regulatory matters involving public and private procurement. He has advised the Colombian Infrastructure Agency (ANI) on structuring highway concessions under the public-private partnership regime and on their tender processes.

He also advises local and foreign private contractors on resolving disputes related to infrastructure projects, representing them before amiable composition panels and arbitration tribunals.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at other leading law firms in Colombia. He has lectured in the Master in Government Contracting at Universidad del Rosario and has contributed to specialized journals on investment and infrastructure in Latin America.
