Andrea Perelló has advised on several bankruptcy proceedings, including some of the most relevant cases in Spain, defending the interests of both debtors and creditors. She has also represented investors’ interests in the sales of business units in the framework of insolvency proceedings.
She has extensive expertise in debt refinancing transactions (both in and out of court) and corporate restructuring agreements.
She is a member of the Cuatrecasas German Desk and of the Barcelona Bar Association.
She lectures at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona).
