Álvaro Vierna advises national and international companies and private equity firms on corporate transactions, national and crossborder M&A, co-investments, corporate restructuring, joint ventures and commercial contracts. He particularly handles energy and infrastructure transactions and transactions linked to Latin America.
He serves as vice secretary non-director for several companies, advising them on corporate and commercial matters on an ongoing basis.
