Advising national and international companies and funds on investment and disinvestment transactions in Spain
Álvaro Lucena Rebollo advises on corporate law with a particular focus on private equity transactions. He advises national and international private equity funds and companies on investment and disinvestment processes.
He also structures and negotiates sales agreements, coordinates due diligence procedures, negotiates commercial agreements and advises on M&A.
He is vice secretary non-director of the boards of directors of several companies that he regularly advises.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
