Álvaro Caviedes advises national and international companies on competition law, particularly on investigations and procedures relating to anti-competitive practices, as well as on preventive control of business concentrations.
He also advises clients on M&A and financial transactions.
Previously, he was an assistant at the Roman Civil and Procedural Law chairs at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
