Legal Update, 3rd Quarter 2024
In this third newsletter of 2024 concerning the 3rd quarter of the year, we highlight Directive (EU) 2024/1760 of the European Parliament and of the Council on corporate sustainability due diligence, which amends Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and Regulation (EU) 2023/2859.
