New resolution for integrating electric vehicle charging infrastructure
On September 10, 2024, the Energy Regulatory Commission (the “Commission”) published Resolution A/108/2024 (the “Resolution”). The Resolution establishes general administrative provisions for integrating electric vehicle (“EV”) and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (“PHEV”) charging infrastructure into the National Electricity System (“SEN”) as part of a smart power grid.
