EI Estructuras Inmobiliarias sells 50% of shares in Visum Capital Colombia to BTG Pactual

Cuatrecasas has advised EI Estructuras Inmobiliarias S.A.S. (“EI Estructuras Inmobiliarias”)—formerly called Inverlink Estructuras Inmobiliarias—on selling 50% of its shares in Visum Capital S.A.S. (“Visum Capital”) to BTG Pactual Estrategía y Desarrollo S.A.S. (“BGT Pactual”), boosting the real estate market in Colombia and Latin America.

EI Estructuras Inmobiliarias specializes in real estate asset management, operating in the Colombian market through portfolio management, a technical facility and real estate inquiries. Through this transaction, EI Estructuras Inmobiliarias seeks to disinvest in Visum Capital and consolidate new development opportunities.
