Legal updates for the 1st Semester of 2023
In this Newsletter, which reflects the main legislative developments published in the first half of 2023, we highlight the main regulatory solutions that entered into force on 29 May following the publication of the new Regime on Asset Management (RAM) and CMVM Regulation no. 1/2023, which regulates the information duties of issuers of securities subject to CMVM supervision and the regime applicable to takeover bids, entered into force as a result of the comprehensive review of the Portuguese Securities Code carried out at the end of 2021.
