Cuatrecasas is the second most reputable legal services brand name in Portugal for the third time

Cuatrecasas is the second most significant and reputable brand in the Portuguese legal services sector for the third consecutive year, according to the most recent RepScore® 2025 study concerning the past year.

This recently released annual study has been conducted by OnStrategy since 2009. It assesses the positioning and associated emotional and rational levels of reputation of more than 2,000 brands in Portugal in more than 70 sectors of activity. In the case of law firms, the final ranking is compiled through fieldwork that takes place continuously over 52 weeks with more than 8,000 C-level executives, online and in person/by telephone, who are representative of Portuguese business society in terms of geographical distribution and size (large, medium, small and micro companies).

The work is conducted annually in accordance with the ISO20671 (evaluation of brand strategy and strength) and ISO10668 (financial evaluation) standards, assessing the attributes associated with fame, relevance, consideration, trust, admiration, preference, and recommendation, with the brands being evaluated on a 100-point scale.

At the end of last year, the Merco Empresas e Líderes Portugal 2024 legal sector ranking placed Cuatrecasas among the top three law firms with the best reputation in Portugal.
