Cuatrecasas holds ninth edition of Exchange Program in Madrid

Cuatrecasas held the ninth edition of its Exchange Program at its Madrid office from September 25 to 29. At this event, Latin American associates who joined the firm in the last year shared workspaces and professional experiences with their Spanish counterparts.

As part of their ongoing professional development, the new associates from offices in Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, together with their counterparts in Spain, participated in multiple activities and group dynamics focused on consolidating their immersion in the firm and gaining a better knowledge of how it works.

This is an important in-house meeting, organized to increase the new associates’ knowledge about Cuatrecasas, facilitate their integration process and at the same time, foster networking between lawyers at offices in different regions.

During the event, the lawyers attended a series of sessions and panel discussions focused on an in-depth study of topics of great interest to the firm, including complex case reviews, new business challenges and opportunities, and work methodology. The participants were able to create closer ties and debate with colleagues from different practice areas and offices in a relaxed atmosphere.
