Cuatrecasas hires Juan David Mina as new tax partner in Mexico City office

Cuatrecasas consolidates its position in Mexico with the arrival of Juan David Mina as a new partner in its Tax Practice. With this hire, Cuatrecasas strengthens its presence in the Mexican legal market and confirms its growth plans in Latin America. 

Juan David Mina has over 14 years’ experience in advising local and international clients on complex crossborder transactions, and on structuring investments, financing and M&A, particularly in the energy and infrastructure, finance, fintech, real estate and private equity and venture capital sectors. He also specializes in corporate taxation and has advised clients on tax in relation to many transactions, including corporate restructurings, securities issues on the capital and debt markets, project finance, tax controversy and asset planning.
