SubscribeAparthotel REIT All Iron has acquired Barcelona’s Gran Ronda Hotel from the BCN Urbaness chain for €15.4 million. The REIT's objective is to transform this building of approximately 2,770 square meters, located in Ronda de Sant Antoni, into a complex of 38 serviced apartments.
Cuatrecasas lawyers José Ramón Berecibar, Santiago Bayo, Aina Maragall, Ignacio Ortiz de Urbina, Anna Ais and José Ahedo advised on the closing of the transaction, will take place in the coming weeks.
