Aina Maragall

Aina María Maragall advises national and international business groups and investment funds on real estate acquisitions, and on selling and financing real estate assets, such as residential and office buildings, shopping centers, industrial facilities and hotel complexes.

She advises on land planning, urban planning and management, licenses and urban regulation from a preventive standpoint, as well as defending clients before the authorities and in court.

She is an associate lecturer in the Bachelor of Laws and Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at Universidad Abat Oliva.

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and speaks at conferences on town planning law. She is a member of WIRES (Women in Real Estate Spain), of Barcelona Global and of the 22@ Network Association.
