Jorge Aranaz advises on all areas of labor law, including collective bargaining, collective dismissals, company restructurings, senior management, hiring, dismissals, union elections, expatriates, due diligence, consultancy and reports, legal practice, and corporate consultancy services.
He is an expert in collective bargaining (e.g., collective dismissals, substantial and geographic modifications, and negotiating agreements), trade union relations and work inspections.
He also specializes in advising on labor law in M&A, MBO and IPO transactions. He advises on audit processes, contract negotiation with senior management, company succession, and the harmonization of working conditions.
Throughout his career, he has participated in the restructuring of large companies, collective dismissals and other large-scale operations.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, of the International Bar Association, and of the European Employment Lawyers Association.
He speaks regularly at national and international seminars and conferences on labor and restructuring matters, as well as lecturing in several master programs.
