Carlos Ramírez specializes in advising on a wide range of tax matters, including those related to M&A transactions, tax planning, negotiating contracts, and on corporate restructurings (e.g., mergers, spin-offs, securities exchanges and asset contributions).
He is also an expert in taxation issues related to structuring, creating and implementing investment funds.
He is a collaborating lecturer of accounting law in the Master in Tax Law at the UIC Business School in Barcelona and participates in conferences on corporate income tax and M&A transactions in organizations such as CEC, APED and ACCID.
