Xavier Morera

Xavier Morera has extensive experience in M&A, joint ventures (national and international) and business collaboration agreements in all sectors and industries.

He specializes in private equity investment, particularly advising private equity and venture capital funds, and corporate venturing companies. He designs and implements investment structures for funds, as well as incentive plans for managers and roll-over structures.

He regularly advises Spanish and foreign companies on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, as well as on drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements. He is secretary and vice-secretary non-director of the board of directors of national and international companies, advising them on corporate and contractual law.

He lectures on commercial law in the Bachelor of Laws and Business Administration at ESADE Business & Law School.
