Wilfredo Cáceres specializes in advising national and international companies on corporate matters, M&A, venture capital, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations. He particularly focuses on the mining, energy, agro-industrial, technology and digital business sectors. He also advises national and international borrowing companies and financial entities on bank financing transactions.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked in leading Peruvian law firms where he participated in complex local and multijurisdictional transactions.
He is a member of the Lima Bar Association and is also an accredited English solicitor before the Law Society of England and Wales.
He is the author of law review articles in specialized journals and other written media. He speaks regularly on corporate and M&A matters, acting as a legal mentor of Peruvian startups in local universities.
