Víctor Utges

Víctor Utges Menes specializes in banking and finance law. He regularly advises financial and investment institutions and national and international companies on all types of structured finance transactions including real estate, project, corporate and acquisition finance (LBO). He also handles direct lending transactions and distressed investment strategies.

Since 2023 he has been working at the Cuatrecasas London office where he actively participates in restructuring and refinancing debt transactions. Before joining Cuatrecasas he worked for a well-known Spanish law firm.
