Advising on tax laws, particularly advising national and foreign companies on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and financing transactions; also advising high-net-worth individuals on tax and estate planning.

Ulises Juárez advises national and foreign companies, and high-net worth individuals on a wide range of matters relating to tax, estates and transactions. He focuses his practice on advising on M&A transactions, investment structures and transactions carried out by multinational companies in Mexico.

He has represented Mexican and foreign investors from different industries, helping them to establish an appropriate financing structure and advising on the potential tax implications arising from these structures.

He also advises high-net worth individuals on planning potential tax migrations, as well as on estate planning involving heirs resident in Mexico and abroad.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at a leading law firm in Mexico and at a Big Four firm with international presence.

He is a member of the Mexican  National Association of Business Lawyers (ANADE).
