Tomás Montes focuses his practice on banking, finance and capital markets matters, advising banks, companies, investment funds and other financial institutions, as well as sponsors, creditors and promoters on national and international financing transactions.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked as an international lawyer in the corporate finance and securities practice at Milbank LLP in New York.
He has worked as an assistant lecturer of various courses, including advanced corporate law (LL.M.), corporate law (diploma), practical case seminar (LL.M.) and civil law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
