Telma Carvalho has a vast experience in the corporate and M&A sector.
She advises on and handles the legal management of infrastructure projects, including crossborder M&A transactions. She has also experience in negotiating and drafting contracts, including distribution, agency and technical assistance agreements. She also advises companies on their day-to-day corporate and commercial matters.
She is a member of the Portuguese High Council of the Judiciary and of the Portuguese Bar Association.
She contributes regularly to International Succession (Oxford University Press) and to Women, Business and the Law, published yearly by the World Bank.
