Sergio Ruiz has participated in many insolvency proceedings of companies and business groups, including some of the most important and complex proceedings held in the autonomous region of Valencia, defending the insolvent debtor’s interests. He has also been appointed insolvency administrator in several insolvency proceedings.
He is also an expert in regulatory compliance; in court and out-of-court actions, mainly defending the interests of principal debtors and guarantors; and proceedings involving unfair competition and corporate disputes.
He participated as a mentor in Universitat de València’s Company Internship Program and speaks regularly at courses and training seminars on insolvency matters.
