Sergio Fernández is an expert in town planning, environmental and real estate law, advising on all related areas, including town planning, management and regulations; and the environment and public contracts.
He has helped write the draft bills of the implementing regulations of (i) Act 2/1998, of June 4, on Town and Country Planning, and Planning Activities in Castilla-La Mancha; and (ii) Act 15/2001, of December 14, on Town and Country Planning, and Land, in Extremadura.
He is a member of the administrative, town planning and environmental law section of the Valencia Bar Association. He speaks regularly at conferences and courses on town planning.
He is the co-author of various guides on town planning law, and has written several articles on public law, as well as on matters relating specifically to town planning and real estate.
