Sebastian García-Lascurain advises on labor and employment matters, both individually and collectively. He also advises national and international companies on restructuring, outsourcing staff, hiring and terminating executives, labor contingency planning, employee expatriation agreements, compensation package structures, and bilateral social security agreements. He participates in individual and collective bargaining, and advises companies on implementing their internal policies and protocols. He advises on M&A transactions, particularly on due diligence and negotiation processes for signing asset- and share-purchase agreements, and on the drafting of non-compete and confidentiality agreements, and executive remuneration schemes, including stock options and long-term incentives. He also advises multinationals on their restructuring to comply with the Mexican labor reform on outsourcing. |
