Santiago Mendoza represents and advises national and international clients from the energy, infrastructure and public utilities sectors on matters relating to project structuring, contract management, regulatory matters and legal consultancy in public law.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at leading energy sector companies in Colombia and firms specializing in public contracts and infrastructure. He also was a legal assistant at the Colombian Constitutional Court.
