Rubén Doctor is an expert in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and industrial agreements, restructuring, business successions and outsourcing, as well as in advising on special employment relationships, such as those of senior management and professional athletes. He advises Spanish and international companies from many sectors on an ongoing basis, including advising on social security issues and health and safety at work.
He is a collaborating lecturer of employment law at ESADE Business & Law School (Barcelona), and lectures in the Master in Human Resources and in the course on the labor process at the Barcelona Bar Association. He provided preparatory training for the public competitive examination for the Body of Social Security Administrative Assistants in Getafe (Madrid) and lectured in the Master in Legal Practice at Universitat de Barcelona.
He has written several publications in specialized journals and speaks regularly at conferences on labor law and social security law. He has contributed to various Cuatrecasas collective works (in collaboration with specialized newspapers Expansión and Cinco Días).
