Rosa M. Gual advises on restructuring and insolvency. She specializes in designing and implementing strategies during the transactional and litigation phases of national and crossborder restructuring processes. She has handled many corporate and finance restructuring processes, including aspects of corporate governance and directors' liability, as well as handling the court approval of plans and lawsuits related to insolvency, defending her clients’ rights in court.
She also advises on processes to sell production units, assets and debt owned by companies in financial trouble.
Rosa lectures on insolvency law in the undergraduate law program at ISDE Law & Business School (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and has lectured in various programs, including in the Master in Insolvency at Universidad CEU San Pablo de Madrid, and different programs on restructuring at Afi School of Finance.
She has contributed to many national and international publications, as well as to conferences, giving her specialized opinion. She is a member of several professional associations, including the International Insolvency Institute, the Turnaround Management Association, the Spanish Insolvency Club and Women in a Legal World.
