Morad Hassan advises national and international clients on corporate and real estate investments and on legal matters related to this area.

He advises on drafting company and asset sale agreements, joint ventures and real estate financing, as well as on drafting and negotiating management, building and leasing agreements for all kinds of real estate assets.

He is involved in the hotel, residential, tourism, leisure center, real estate portfolio, office and energy sectors.

He is a member of the firm’s Middle East Desk, which brings together lawyers experienced in matters from the Middle East and North Africa region.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked for another international law firm.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the FIDE Foundation for Research on Law and Business.
