Miguel Ángel Aspe De la Rosa advises national and international companies from the finance, industrial and consumer sectors.
He focuses on tax law and corporate aspects that are important for contributions, including advising on M&A, securitization, and restructuring transactions. He also handles tax auditing, national and international alternative tax controversy resolution mechanisms, and defense before the national courts.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, Miguel worked in the corporate tax practice of one of the Big Four law firms in Mexico, as well as in the finance and tax controversy practice of one of Mexico’s leading law firms.
