Maribel Villaró has handled many family-business restructurings and intergenerational transfers of companies and family assets.

She advises national and international hotel chains on business restructurings and on direct and indirect taxation arising from real estate transactions.

She has been behind many of the firm’s pioneering events on “philanthropy in the 21st century,” aimed at informing high-net-worth individuals of impact investment trends. Thanks to her knowledge in this area and her legal advice to family foundations, she has strengthened her legal advisory services to family businesses regarding investment strategies and conserving the family legacy.

She leads the team that advises Spain NAB (entity promoting the impact investment ecosystem in Spain) on legal, tax and regulatory matters. She also participates in many legal matters, forums and research work related to impact investment.
