Mariano Peró advises national and international companies and investment funds on M&A transactions, private equity, corporate reorganizations and corporate law. He has participated in some of the most sophisticated and important national and international transactions, including multijurisdictional transactions.

Before joining Cuatrecasas he worked in a leading law firm in Peru and was an international associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York.

He is a member of the Lima Bar Association.

He was adjunct lecturer in the course on legal entities and corporate law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

He also contributes to publications and writes legal articles for different specialized journals and other written media.
