Advise national and international clients on corporate tax, financing and corporate reorganizations
María Ignacia Ramírez focuses her practice on national and international tax consultancy, planning and reorganizations. She advises clients on different proceedings before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked at an important law firm, providing comprehensive legal advice to companies engaged in developing renewable energy. She was also assistant to the chair of criminal law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and was an intern in the field of international tax and M&A at a Big Four in Chile.
