Marià de Visa participates regularly in commercial, real estate and environmental transactions and lawsuits, advising on regulatory and environmental matters, and on public procurement. His professional activity and specialty area covers various sectors, including transport, waste management, water and marine environment, soil contamination and railway.
He regularly advises Spanish and foreign clients on environmental, regulatory and public procurement law, both in litigation and pre-litigation. He participates regularly in all types of administrative procedures and judicial reviews, as well as in special appeals and other national and international proceedings.
He lectures on administrative and environmental law at Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB) and at Universidad Abat Oliba CEU (UAO).
He gives courses and talks at several institutions and is the author of publications in specialized journals.
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
