Marco Antonio Sanz in an expert in Spanish and international transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, real estate transactions, corporate restructurings and joint ventures in various sectors and industries.
He regularly advises Spanish and foreign companies on corporate and commercial matters, and on drafting and negotiating agreements and contracts.
He has advised Spanish and international groups on projects and investments in Europe, the United States, Latin America and China.
He developed part of his career in the United States, working as a foreign associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (2008-2009), and in the Miami office of Holland & Knight (2003-2004).
From 2017 to 2022, he worked in the firm's London office and previously, in 2005, in the New York office.
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
He lectures on commercial and corporate law in the Master in Business Administration at ESADE Business & Law School and has written many articles on law.
