Professor of labor and social security law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and director of the specialist law journal IUSLabor.
Manuel Luque is an academic consultant of Cuatrecasas under the appropriate collaboration agreements governed by article 83 of the Universities Act.
He has been a labor dispute arbitrator for the Catalan Labor Arbitration Board since 2005 and an external advisor to the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency since 2006.
He is the author and co-author of over 200 publications (27 monographs, 76 book chapters, 79 articles in indexed academic journals) and has coordinated 19 monographs and 6 regulatory directories.
