Lucía Trigo

Advising on corporate law, M&A, restructuring and contractual law. Lucía Trigo advises national and international clients on company sales and mergers, corporate reorganizations, collaboration agreements and joint ventures, as well as on contractual and corporate matters.

She also focuses her practice on the family business sector.

Before joining Cuatrecasas she worked in the corporate law department of a leading Spanish law firm and completed her internship for the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at an international firm, in its Madrid office.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
