Lavínia Pinto Marques advises on data protection and privacy, particularly coordinating end-to-end compliance projects, from the gap analysis to defining plans of action and implementing privacy management procedures and systems.
She has provided the services of privacy as a service and data protection officer (“DPO”) as a service, taking active involvement in the business activities of clients from the most varied sectors. She has also participated in due diligence procedures and advised on software licensing agreements.
She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
