Juan Grima is an expert advising on company sales, joint ventures, corporate refinancing and restructuring, and international contracts. He advises national and foreign clients on all types of commercial transactions, particularly in the financial and real estate sectors. In recent years, he has focused on advising family businesses, and on private equity and venture capital transactions.
He is the secretary of the boards of directors of several companies, advising on corporate and contractual matters.
He has been an associate lecturer in private international law at Universitat de València since 2014, where he was also an associate lecturer in commercial law from 2000 to 2005. He lectures on different courses and programs, including masters of laws, and at various institutions (e.g., bar associations, INEDE, and APD). He speaks regularly at legal events and has co-written many books and publications.
