Advising companies on all kinds of labor matters, including the impact of disruptive technologies on labor relations, and compensation policies, as well as representing them in administrative and court proceedings in relation to labor matters.
Jose M. Martínez regularly advises well-known companies in strategic sectors for the economy such as logistics, tourism, transport and banking on labor matters. He has been involved in important merger and acquisitions transactions, and internal and external restructuring processes.
At ESADE Business & Law School he coordinates the “Disruptive technologies” (Law 4.0) and is an associate lecturer in the Master in Employment Advisory Services and People Management. He is also an assistant lecturer in the Master in Digital Transformation Leadership at Barcelona Technology School.
He has been a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) since 2022.
