José Alfonso Luna advises clients on civil, commercial and administrative litigation before local and federal courts in Mexico. He focuses his practice on disputes, particularly in the fields of public and private infrastructure, including the electricity and hydrocarbons sectors, construction and administrative contracting and transactional disputes.
He also advises clients on national and international arbitrations carried out under various regulations, including those of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the National Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City (CANACO).
Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked for law firms specializing in civil, commercial and tax litigation.
