Javier Rovira specializes in advising national and international companies, funds and venture capital entities on investment and divestment transactions, business restructuring and negotiating commercial and shareholder agreements.
He also advises all types of entities on capital market transactions, including flotations; takeover bids in the Spanish continuous market, as well as in the Spanish stock exchanges and financial markets (BME); subscription or sale of securities; and convertible debt issuance.
He serves as vice secretary non-director for several companies, which he advises on corporate and commercial matters on an ongoing basis.
During 2018 and 2023, he developed his career in the firm’s London office.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
