Specialist in financial and regulatory matters; advising banks, financial institutions and multinational companies on implementing major projects in their respective sectors 

Gustavo Robles has extensive experience in banking matters, financing transactions, project finance, and in acquisitions, strategic partnerships and mergers, including obtaining authorizations for complex transactions. He has also defended publicly listed companies over the course of investigation and disciplinary proceedings with the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission. 

In the field of infrastructures, he has advised the leading concessionaires in the railroad, highway and telecommunications industries on the granting, amendment and dispute resolution processes of federal and local concessions.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked for the last 10 years in the law firm he founded in Mexico.

He is an associate professor on stock market law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho (Mexico City).
