Specialist in collective bargaining and dialog with workers’ legal representatives, restructuring and flexibility procedures, and court and administrative proceedings involving labor and social security matters.

Gonzalo Palacio is an expert in leading collective bargaining processes (collective bargaining and business agreements, and company agreements) and business restructuring processes (redundancy plans, substantial modifications of conditions, transfers, the non-application of collective bargaining agreements, and flexibility measures), as well as in negotiation and dialog with the workers’ legal representatives in ordinary circumstances and in company disputes.

He also has extensive experience in designing and implementing all types of labor-related policies and protocols, leading teams to provide ongoing labor-related services, and in assisting clients with all types of court and administrative proceedings involving labor and social security matters.

He lectures in the Master in Labor Law and the Master in Sports Law at ISDE Law & Business School.

He is a member of the Association of Mediators, Conciliators and Arbitrators of the Labor Relations Council of the Basque Country (PRECO). He speaks regularly at seminars, talks and conferences on his area of specialty.
