Francisco Marzá

Francisco Marzá Tornel joined Cuatrecasas in 2011. He is a senior associate at Cuatrecasas and member of the Restructuring Practice of the firm. He has developed his career in the firm offices of London, Madrid and Barcelona.

He is an expert in national and international debt-restructuring transactions, direct lending and distressed situations representing investment funds, financial institutions and debtors. In recent years, he has participated in a variety of transactions advising strategic investors in their direct lending investments in Spain as well as creditors across the credit spectrum in their refinancing strategies.
