Francisco Javier Hijas specializes in all kinds of court and arbitration proceedings in civil and commercial matters, particularly damage and real estate litigation, and construction litigation linked to construction defects. He also handles matters involving directors' liability.
He has handled many key insolvency proceedings in Spain, advising both creditors and insolvent companies.
