Eva Pérez particularly focuses on private client tax planning, including tax optimization of assets, succession planning (wills, inheritances and gifts), as well as advising family businesses on corporate and shareholding matters (family constitutions).
She also advises companies on tax matters on an ongoing basis and handles business restructurings, M&A transactions, due diligence processes and inspections with the tax authorities.
As a participant of the firm’s International Program for Young Lawyers, she has worked at the firm’s Barcelona, Madrid and Seville offices in the corporate, tax and litigation practices.
She lectures in the Family Business Analysis and Management Program organized by the Family Business Association of Aragon (“AEFA”), and at the Chair of Family Business at Universidad de Zaragoza.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
