Enzo Rodríguez

Enzo Rodríguez advises national and international companies on corporate matters, securities markets and good corporate governance. He has also advised financial institutions, insurance companies, fund managing companies, securitization companies and rating agencies.

He regularly participates in complex transactions involving bank and securitization trusts, loans and public offerings of securities. Enzo also advises on financial and securities market regulation.

He is a member of the Lima Bar Association.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he was an associate at a leading Peruvian law firm and worked for top entities such as Grupo BVL and the Peruvian Securities Commission.
