Elena Vázquez

Elena Vázquez focuses her practice on advising consolidated business groups on tax matters, handling national and international business restructurings, and advising on tax planning for estates and family business groups, as well as tax residence transfers.

She also advises companies on tax matters on an ongoing basis, prepares legal reports and opinions, handles tax and legal due diligence processes, drafts administrative and court appeals, and handles and attends tax inspections.

She has lectured in the Master in Tax Consultancy at Instituto de Estudios de Cajasol and in the postgraduate program in family and succession law at Universidad Pablo de Olavide.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
